Vice President of cloud applications for Oracle’s public sector division in Saudi Arabia is Reham Al-Musa. She is one of the first Saudi women to run the commercial operations of a major international information technology company in the Kingdom as well as the managing director and country leader for Oracle Saudi Arabia.
Al-Musa assists the Kingdom’s government organizations in driving strategic digital transformation initiatives that are in line with the scope and goals of Saudi Vision 2030 as the head of Oracle’s cloud applications business for the public sector.
She is also in charge of utilizing the most cutting-edge emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things, and others, to accelerate innovation across Oracle’s rapidly expanding public sector customer portfolio in the Kingdom.
Al-Musa began her career in the IT sector as an intern. She swiftly shown her abilities to hold many key leadership positions at prestigious tech firms in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, and she eventually took on the post of Oracle’s country head in the Kingdom.
King Saud University awarded her a bachelor’s degree in information technology. Al-Musa is passionate about assisting young people in exploring career prospects in the IT sector in order to help build a strong local talent pipeline and contribute to the Kingdom’s digital economy. Al-Musa is well conscious of this social obligation to Saudi youth.
For young Saudi students, Al-Musa frequently conducts workshops at Oracle and other top educational institutions to offer important career lessons.
She aggressively promotes diversity and inclusion and seeks to encourage more women to participate in technology and hold leadership positions. Al-Musa participates actively in the Oracle Women’s Leadership group, a worldwide development initiative whose goal is to support and grow Oracle’s present and future female leaders.
She has a passion for learning and many INSEAD leadership qualifications.
