The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has warned the public not to participate in the fraudulent investment schemes of Meilleuretech Services, a sole proprietorship business.
The SECP stated in a statement that it has observed the Zeeshan Munir-owned firm is presumptively accepting deposits from the public illegally by offering various illegal “advertisement watching packages” and making inflated daily and weekly returns. It is made clear that the aforementioned business is not authorized to accept public deposits.

ECP has also received numerous complaints from people who claimed that after paying money with Meilleuretech Services, they never received any packages and instead were told to find other people to purchase packages from or deposit more money in order to obtain their rewards.
In addition to deregistering or winding up Meilleuretech Services (SMC-Private) Limited, the SECP has also filed charges against Munir and his businesses. These charges include preventing Munir from serving as the CEO or a director of any business and imposing fines. Additionally, the SECP is reporting the case to the proper investigation authorities. The “List of Companies Engaged in Unauthorized Activities” listed on SECP’s website now includes Meilleuretech Services (SMC-Private) Limited.
