The 24-year-old almost got her team to win with a score of 72 runs off of 54 balls with nine boundaries, but her release signified an important turning point.

Sadia Iqbal and Nashra Sundhu in particular, two national bowlers, were essential for helping the Green Shirts win crucial wickets that moved the scales in their direction.
Sidra Ameen and Bismah Maroof put up outstanding numbers, hitting 39 runs each, as Pakistan record an impressive total of 150 for five.

Team Captain Nida Dar, scored the required 36 runs off 20 balls, with six boundaries, to assist the women’s team achieve a reasonable total while securing the victory.
It’s significant to point out that the Women in Green will take on the Laura Wolvaardt-led team in a three-match ODI series starting on September 8 in Karachi.
