A brand-new song was recently issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the news media department of Pakistan’s Armed Forces, in honor of Defence Day heroes.
The emotional song “Qurban Huway,” that was produced by famous writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar, is superbly sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. The beautiful piece was written by Naveed Naushad.
This movie honors those courageous army personnel, sailors, and pilots of Pakistan who lost their lives in service of their nation.
It offers heartfelt respect to each of the soldiers who bravely defended their homeland. With “Qurban Huway,” we are made aware of their selfless acts as they sacrificed their own lives to defend our country.
About Defence Day
Pakistan celebrates Defence Day (Youm-e-Difa) as a significant national holiday to pay tribute to the heroism of its soldiers in defending its boundaries.
The events that took place in 1965, when Indian soldiers entered Punjab, Pakistan, in opposition to Pakistan’s Operation Grand Slam in Jammu, are remembered on this day, which occurs on September 6.
