Due to new information from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, additional smartphone makers are starting to get on the phone the repairability bandwagon, and Oppo may be next in line.
The Chinese insider claims that Oppo is getting ready for a new program that would offer free battery swapping lasting a maximum of four years following the purchase of your phone. The program will debut with the next Oppo A2 Pro 5G, which is predicted to be on sale over the weekend in China.

Another source of information, using the handle WHYLAB, has spoken about Oppo’s next project. He says that, compared to the normal 1–2 years insurance we receive from phone suppliers, if the battery life of your phone drops beyond eighty percent, you will be considered qualified for a free replacement of the battery within the service provided after the sale.
It’s uncertain whether Pakistan will receive this program.
